Your Not So Typical 60s

The "Your Not So Typical 60s" house is a very modern house with some 60s architecture on the outside. It's a great house for a rich couple with a spoiled toddler. It has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a big kitchen with a shared dining and bar area, a big seperate dining, a big sitting area and a huge livingroom with a nice fireplace. The nice simple garden compliments the house very well. The house costs 148.085 Simoleons with all the furnishings and 90.567 Simoleons unfurnished. This is also my last house for The Sims 3. GOODBYE SIMS 3 AND HELLO SIMS 4!
