Simpedia: The Sims 4: Newcrest
Please note I'm currently working on the new site. I didn't want to take the site offline though, so you can still visit it. However me working on the site while it's still online means a lot of the pages will appear wonky. But not to worry, it won't take too long. 
Welcome to Newcrest
Newcrest is a completely empty world ready to be settled by your Sims. It contains three new neighborhoods, each with five empty lots. You can download homes from the Gallery, build your own, and put whatever you want there! Bars, clubs, parks, houses, pools – you’ll be able to let your creativity shine in Newcrest. In case you want to start building homes now to get ready, here are the lot sizes:
